Most market participants ask what will happen next. I ask a different question: what is everyone already positioned for — and what happens if they're wrong?
Every price is a crowd's opinion. When the evidence and the opinion diverge, that divergence is where opportunity lives. My work is identifying those discrepancies: reading institutional positioning, measuring behavioral base rates, and mapping how the participants in each situation are likely to act when reality forces them to reprice.
This is not prediction. It's preparation — building scenarios, weighting probabilities, and sizing risk so that being wrong is survivable and being right is meaningful.
